WOD: CrossFit Total

Each athlete will get 3 attempts at:

Back Squat

Shoulder Press

Deadlift

Athletes will perform all 3 attempts at each lift capturing their highest number for that discipline before moving to the next movement. Your CrossFit total is the sum of the highest squat + highest press + highest deadlift.
