12 Week Power Block M/W/F

ECF wants to take you into the new year with our end-of-year 12 week power block! We will be focusing in on the big 3 lifts and giving you the tools you need to improve skill and power in your Squat Deadlift and Press - Mon/Wed/Fri at ECF starting Sept 16th

This will be incorporated into our general class structure however we encourage both ECF athletes or anyone in the community to commit to the 12 weeks and really see what you are capable of!
