For Planning Purposes ~ Durning the CrossFit Games Open Series - we will be performing the Open WOD on Saturday. That means we will be performing our Partner/Recovery workouts on Friday as opposed to Thursday during the Open Season.

WOD 1: 10 Minute AMRAP ~ Teams of 2 Athletes

Athlete 1 —> Max Distance Farmers Carry

Athlete 2 —> Max Calories on Assault Bike

**Athletes can swap at anytime

WOD 2: 12 Minute AMRAP ~ Teams of 2 Athletes

1 Calorie Row + 1 Burpee over Rower

Add 1 Rep each round until time is called
