200 Meter Ski Erg with 10 Ab Mat Situps during rest period

400 Meter Ski Erg with 20 Ab Mat Situps during rest period

600 Meter Ski Erg with 30 Ab Mat Situps during rest period

*Partners switch after each Erg distance is complete (then perform the ab mat situps)
